Artist Bio
After receiving a BFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA in 1992, Dallyn has been working as an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer in Utah County. Since then he has received an MEd from the University of Phoenix and an MFA from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
His art has been seen in everything from children’s books to international publications and magazines. He has even done a fair share of graphic design for several clients around the country.
Dallyn grew up racing horses on the family farm in Ashton, Idaho. If it wasn’t for his love of art he would still be training race horses. It was the only thing other than art he could see himself doing for a living.
Due to his love of horses, Zundel recently started painting horses. His current series of working horses has been a goal of his for several years.
“I am so excited to be working on these paintings”. They truly are a labor of love. My goal for these paintings to communicate the beauty, strength, and grace from the perspective of my experiences on the farm.
Dallyn resides in Orem, Utah with his wife and family.
